By nurturing a diverse, sustainable, and collaborative business community we strive to create a healthy resort economy. We connect our Members to business and networking opportunities, education and benefits. We represent our members’ interests as an advocate to all levels of government.
With nearly 700 Members – we are the voice of business in Whistler and the steward of the resort wide customer service solution, The Whistler Experience which has trained over 25,000 people since 2014.

Winter 2025 Secret Shopper
The Whistler Chamber is seeking service oriented locals to conduct secret shops as part of the winter2025 Whistler Experience Secret Shopper program! This program will run for eight consecutive weeks between January 13 – March 9, 2025.
You have:
– An interest in contributing to elevating service levels across Whistler
– Outstanding observation and writing skills
– Commitment to complete 2-4 shops per week (an average of 2-5 hours) over the eight week period.
You will enjoy experiences at local activities, restaurants, retails locations, etc. AND get paid for it!
Applications will be accepted until the December 18th deadline. With multiple positions available, interviews will be conducted and hiring completed by December 20. Shopper training is scheduled for January 8th.
