Booking Policy
In order to hold your booking we will need a credit card on file if you are a non-member, this must be provided within 48 hours of your booking inquiry. Tentative bookings will only be held for 48 hours. For members, your invoice will be sent on the day of your booking unless otherwise requested.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled seven business days or more before booking date. A 50% charge will occur if booking is cancelled five business days before booking. Bookings cancelled four days or less are subject to full fees.
