These aspiring leaders will attend The Whistler Experience ®  training powered by UVic’s Gustavson School of Business.  Winners will attend 3 executive-level sessions taught by award winning UVic Professor, Mark Colgate:

• November 15 – Moments of Power 1-4 – Learn the psychology of what makes customers appreciate great service
• November 15 – Create a Powerful Service Culture – Put the Moments of Power into action and build a great service organization
• November 16 – Be a Coach – An athletic approach to coach for sustained employee engagement and superior performance
