The Whistler Experience® Program Benefits

Elevate Your Whistler Adventure with Exclusive Local Deals and Discounts

Those who take part in The Whistler Experience® Program are eligible for exclusive benefits in both winter and summer, including the Whistler Blackcomb Spirit Pass and access to special local deals and discounts.

By participating in the program, you contribute to upholding Whistler’s excellent reputation for delivering world-class customer service.

Once you’ve selected and completed a qualifying training course or event of your choice, review the benefits listed below for instructions on how to redeem each offer.

2024-25 Whistler Experience stickers are required to redeem many of the benefits, and are available at the Whistler Chamber office.

Benefits valid for use between October 2024 – August 31, 2025.

How does it work?

If your employer is a Whistler Chamber Member you are eligible to participate in the Whistler Experience® Program and take advantage of the benefits. You can check if your employer is a Member by searching our Member directory here.

Register: Create an account and complete a qualifying course or event (starting from $20) and pay your registration fee ($40)
Approval: Your company admin will approve your pass. You are now eligible for all benefits and can purchase a Spirit Pass.
Receive Number: The Chamber will email you your unique 10-digit Whistler Experience number ID
Collect Pass:
- Self-Paid: Call 1.800.766.0449 ext. 6 to pay over the phone with a credit card or head to Guest Services to buy your pass.
- Company-Paid: Wait for an email notification confirming your pass has been processed (up to 72 hours) to pick up your pass at Guest Services.
Pick-up a 2024/25 Whistler Experience sticker: Available at the Whistler Chamber office, it verifies your identity and gives you access to all of the local benefits below.

The Whistler Blackcomb Spirit Pass is available throughout the entire winter ski season with no price increases. 2024/25 Spirit Pass prices (CAD$):

Adult (19-64): $1,275 CAD + tax
Teen (13-18): $734 CAD + tax
Senior (65+): $836 CAD + tax

Discounted Bus Pass

The Resort Municipality of Whistler, Whistler Blackcomb and the Chamber have partnered to offer Whistler Experience® participants 6-month and 12-month Spirit Transit Passes as part of the 2017 Transportation Action Plan.

With your valid 2024-25 Whistler Experience® number you gain access to the following

12-month Spirit Transit Pass: $410 (savings of $100 from regular price)
6-month Spirit Transit Pass: $220(savings of $50 from regular price)
1-month Spirit Transit Pass: $25 (savings of $25 from regular price)

You are only allowed to purchase one Spirit Transit Pass product per Whistler Experience year (October 2024-August 2025).

To purchase a Spirit Transit Pass, please visit the Customer Service desk at Municipal Hall between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. You must present your Whistler Experience® number to claim your discount when purchasing your Spirit Transit Pass. 1-month passes can also be purchased at the Whistler Public Library.
